REIKI HEALING: Reiki is a powerful simple and effective natural healing system, having originated in Japan in the 1870's, Treatments are fully clothed and during a Reiki session the therapist places their hands in different positions on the client’s body and allows the Reiki energy to flow. Reiki is a system of gentle touch which enables a feeling of well-being and inner strength to emerge within you activating your body’s own innate healing processes. The treatment is both relaxing and re-energising and is a wonderful antidote for stress and tension. If you're experiencing physical or emotional tension, anxiety, tiredness, or just feel like a top up. Reiki helps you feel relaxed, positive, more connected with your baby. And unborn babies love Reiki energy. Reiki works on a physical emotional and spiritual level. Reiki will not interfere with any medical treatment prescribed by your physician. In fact, research indicates that Reiki often enhances the effect of the more traditional treatments. The use of Reiki before during and after pregnancy has positive results for both mother and baby, therefore benefiting the family as a whole. A Reiki session begins with a discussion about your needs, the treatment itself then takes approx one hour. The number of sessions you require will be up to you.
PELLOWAH HEALING: Pellowah
works on a physical emotional and spiritual level. Unborn babies love pellowah
and will take in what that need. A
simple, powerful and effective way to increase the capacity for positive change
in your life.

Arbah Healing: only one treatment is generally required. it is suggested when having an Arbah to have a Pellowah treatment as part of the same session. $100
